Inviting applications for the role of Manager, AWS Developer
In this role, should be an analytical, results-driven Back-end Developer who will work with team members to solve and improve current back-end applications and processes. The Back-end Developer will use his or her understanding of programming languages and tools to analyze current codes and industry developments, formulate more efficient processes, solve problems, and build a more seamless experience for users. Should have superb communication, and project leadership skills. In addition, should be passionate about building a better, more efficient program and crafting a better end-user experience. Should be knowledgeable, collaborative, and motivated.
Responsibilities
Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and craft more functional, cohesive codes to improve the user experience.
Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by supervising industry developments and trends.
Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on standard methodologies, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
Taking lead on projects, as needed
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech
Preferred qualifications
Experience in AWS Cloud. Specialist in Cloud native development and containers. Familiar with Kubernetes / Mesos, Serverless.
Specialist in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka/RabbitMQ. Experience in CQRS, Saga pattern.
Specialist in Unix technologies like Node.js, React.js, Angular.js, scripting technologies like Java Script, CSS, integration with backend APIs and Microservices, products / frameworks
Experienced in solution and delivery of Unix applications
Proven experience of Designing and building Cloud solution architecture.
Crafting and designing AWS architectures and upholding good architecture principles.
Producing high quality documentation for consumption of colleagues and development teams
Transitioning traditionally hosted applications into AWS in an efficient manner with a mix of IaaS and PaaS
Where applicable re-architecting parts of applications to utilize AWS PaaS capabilities
Being an inspiring leader in introducing DevOps attitude and practices within teams
Helping teams build CI/CD pipelines in AWS
Helping development teams tackle sophisticated problems in innovative ways
Helping to produce practices & patterns that can be applied across the business to accelerate cloud development
A firm dedication to keeping up-to-date with the latest AWS services and offerings and a desire to learn in an ever evolving landscape
See opportunities for new business & Demonstrate good commercial judgment
Communicate and/or present concepts and ideas to clients
Work within timescales and costs set by the Project Manager
