Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Social MediaResponsibilities
- Support employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies
- Update talent social platforms like Glassdoor, job boards, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
- Serve as a liaison between talent and social media to ensure recruiting campaigns are handled efficiently
- Audit and standardize company messaging for all Talent platforms to ensure a consistent voice, personality and look and feel for the brand across all social media channels
- Handle day-to-day operations of media channels including content curation, publishing, analytics, community management and social listening
- Supervise competitive landscape and make recommendations on improving and optimizing social media content and campaigns
- Identify and recommend innovative approaches, technology or platforms to extend our employer brand attract top talent
- Build social media reports and analyze data
- Handle social media ambassador program & Ownership of monthly content calendar
- Own social media campaigns from build to activation, guiding partners on social media standard methodologies
- Partner with creative team on visuals for key campaigns
Qualification we seek in you
- Relevant of years of experience: Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Glass door
- Experience working in talent marketing or employer branding,
- Experience with social media tools: Radian6, Hootsuite, Sprinklr
- Experience handling daily operations of media channels
- Experience reporting and analyzing large amounts of data
- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative enjoys finding creative ways to tell a story
- Ability to identify trends and turn insights into recommendations
