Job Description
Electronics Service Engineer / - Car Electronics Systems ( Audio Video Multimedia )
Should be BT/BE in Electronics Engineering with 4-8 years experience in
Installing, Demo, Testing, Repairing, and Updating Auto (Car) Electronics Systems Components and Softwares like Multi-media players, Android Players and other Car Electronics accessories (co-axial speakers, woofers, amplifiers, low-noise-amplifiers, rear-seat-entertainments etc.). Management of Call Centre will also be his responsibility.
Will be based based in North Delhi. Would be responsible for :
- Inspecting and Testing of Car Electronics Multi-media systems, Audio / Video system ,Speakers, Amplifiers, Woofers etc.
- Updating and/or Repairing of Electronic systems and Car electronic accessories ;
- Coordinating with service centers and other professionals as well as customers to ensure that Service jobs are completed as per company standard ;
- Ensuring that equipment and products are maintained as per standards and meet.
- Establishing relationship with staff, vendors, suppliers and other professionals in the field. Manage a team of call Centre executives responsible for smooth escalation of complaints as per TAT metrics of the company.
- Showing initiative and keeping up track of advancements in electronics.
- Involved in handling customer escalations, and spare parts management.
- Provide online technical support to field or on site engineers if required .
- Provide technical support to client and customers, pre-sales demo of product.
- Service, troubleshooting, and Updation of Car Electronics systems.
- Responsible for complete After Sales Support & Service of A/V products of Cars / SUVs ;
- Would be managing the Call Centre also ;
- Should keep a track of the latest developments in the Automotive Electronics advancements.
