Below is the ideal candidate for the Tech Lead role.

Experience: 7 to 11 years

Current role/Designation: Tech Lead or Engineering manager

Target Companies: Product or Application based companies

Skill Set Needed:

1. Programming- Min 4 years of hands-on programming in ASP Classic or .NET

2. Technical design - Familiar with Concepts like Microservices, Integration Broker, Queueing, BPM

3. Devops - Exposure should include part of implementation team

4. Deployment - Exposure should include manual deployment. Hands-on in Jenkins/Chef or other CI/CD will be added advantage.

5. Mobile App development - Should have guided/ be part of team which would have implemented Android and iOS apps

6. App Security - Exposure to Mobile and Web App security best practices

7. SQL - Queries and optimizations

8. PM Process - Exposure to Agile development methodology and daily SCRUMs

9. Leadership/Teamwork - Should have lead a team of at least 5 members

10. Communication - Good
