Job Description
Finance Manager for Housing Finance Company @ Fort(Mumbai)
About Company : The company is founded with the financial backing of NRI professionals working in Singapore and Middle East, who wish to contribute to housing finance development in India. We are recruiting professionals with expertise to build a Housing Finance company that transforms the lives and livelihoods of the under-served.
Designation : Finance Manager
Location:: Fort
Gender: Male
Salary Range: Up to 13 Lacks
Education: CA/Inter CA/MBA-Finance
Experience: 8-15 years(Dealing with NHB)
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparation of monthly MIS reports.
- Assisting in Statutory Audit, Internal & external audits.
- Preparation of financial statements and MIS reports like profit & loss statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, Collection Reports, Debtors Management, Ageing report of Accounts Receivables & Parables, Bank Reconciliation.
- Compiling data and filing of National Housing Bank (NHB) Returns of the Company on Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly &
- Annually (NHB Returns comprises of Schedule I, Schedule II, Schedule III, Monthly Returns, Broad liquidity, Returns on major exposure of HFC, etc) and uploading Returns on NHB ORMIS Portal.
- Responsible for preparation of ammortisation of expenses schedule.
- Responsible for Refund processing. (Refunds such as Foreclosure refunds, TDS refunds, Excess EMI refunds).
- Responsible for Reconciliation of various bank accounts (Disbursement account, refund account, escrow accounts)
