Education

• Graduation Degree mandatory

Experience

• Minimum 1 yr of Experience as Home Loan Sales / Mortgage Loan Sales / LAP Sales
• Housing Loan Sales-Home loan / Housing Finance / Affordable Housing Loan
• 1 yr of experience as Home Loan Sales / Business Development in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services /mandatory
• Home loan / Mortgage Loan/ Loan against Property selling experience highly preferred.
• Previous / Current company Incentive proof documents are must

Note-1-Only Currently Working Candidate(Selling-Home Loan / Mortgage Loan /LAP) Required.

Job Description

* Front-end interaction, field travel, and Customer interface

* Recommending apt home loan product /solution and showcasing benefits

* Regular interaction with the customers through group meetings, site promotions, in office meetings and presentations

* Attending to walk-ins into branches && visiting clients at their place

* Executing Branding / Marketing activities in the catchment area

* Spearheading Documentation

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

* Branding /Marketing activities.

* Meeting with clients, advising and showcasing products and benefits to the customers thereof.

* Responsible for sales fulfillment, pre/ post sanction sales activities.

* Update and upkeep of marketing and sales collaterals.

* Responsible for promotional activities including group meetings, presentations as well as developer site promotions.

* Responsible for front-end interaction, field travel and Customer interface.

* Regular interaction with the customers through group meetings, site promotions, in office meetings and presentations.

* Attending to walk-ins into branches && visiting clients at their place.

* Spearheading Documentation.

* Ensure the Fresh bounce collections.

Capabilities and competencies

1. High Customer service and Customer-conversion Orientation; High initiative
2. Excellent Selling and Persuasion skills with confidence to engage customers.
3. Good Communication skills.
4. Language - English, Regional Language and Hindi desirable
5. Computer literate Word / Excel / e-mail / Web-based system
