Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Partner Program OperationsThe primary role of the Senior Manager, Partner Operations is to help drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Genpact Partner Program systems infrastructure and related business processes to ensure an exceptional partner experience. As a member of the Partner Program Operations team, the Senior Manager is responsible for executing new processes and process improvements designed to 1) create a foundation for scale and speed of partner operations 2) improve the overall partner experience 3) support scaling of our alliance management capacity Responsibilities:
Success in this role will require working cross-functionally to improve systems and processes, and to deliver information required to continuously improve Partner Program Operations. The person in this role will be recognized as the subject matter expert for all things related to Global Partner Program Operations. Overall responsibilities include:
- Drives partner specific programs to help practice building and enablement.
- Develops and continuous improvement of systems and processes to improve the partner experience and increase partner self-sufficiency.
- Improves program infrastructure, including partner portal, and partner program financial elements (MDF, etc.)
- Measure, analyze and report partner revenue and pipeline
- Helps facilitate partner health check process to assess performance against Genpact Partner Program requirements.
- Helps improve policies and processes ins support of the Genpact Partner Plus Program
- Owns the creation and production of the Partner Program Operations Guide and updates to align with the Genpact Partner Program Guide
- Serves as support to other partner operations team members
Minimum qualifications
- Educational background: B.A./BSC
- Experience working in a Sales Operations, and/or Channel/Partner Program Operations role for a high tech or global services firm.
- Robust matrix cross functional influence skills, collaboration skills, and ability to facilitate change and engage others in execution of requirements and goals.
- Robust operational experience, with a good sense for practicalities and how to optimize processes, procedures for rolling out global programs.
- Robust analytical, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Demonstrates high degree of initiative and complex problem-solving skills.
- Shown understanding of partner operations and/or sales processes, systems and tools.
- Proven experience producing reports and dashboards using Sales Force and other tools.
- Degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience.
