The role - CSR and D&I Program Specialist Support all programs in the CSR and D&I space by providing professional communication expertise. This person will be responsible for assisting in designing the strategy, planning client and employee engagement journey through multiple initiatives, activating brand & key messaging through quality content, compelling campaigns and creative storytelling.
Responsibilities- Work closely with CSR and Diversity & Inclusion teams to foster a culture of volunteering and champion for gender equality, racial equity and LGBTQ inclusion
- Partner with teams to plan and execute volunteering events, town halls, webinars and conferences
- Build CSR partnerships with internal stakeholders and external organizations
