Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, MDM
In this role, we are looking for MDM Consultant to join its Master Data Management Practice. This Practice was established as a distinct capability to provide beneficial Master Data Management Advisory services as a MDM Advisory services for Genpact external clients
Responsibilities
Will need to implement solutions in Master Data Management & Data Governance. Will support the creation of knowledge assets/IP, acquiring new clients thru pre-sales activities and delivery of consulting projects
Primary Industry knowledge in Manufacturing or Insurance Industry
Knowledge across multiple data domains such as Material/Finish Products, Vendor, Customer and Finance Master Data (charts of accounts, cost centers, legal entities etc.)
Proven aptitude in rolling out data governance and data quality and exposure to standard methodologies
Experience in MDM process improvement, digital solutions (Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning) and technology implementations such as SAP MDG, SAP S4 Hana
Ability to link master data issues/challenges to business processes, problems and analytics
Proven capability to collaborate, conduct, and lead sessions with Business and IT resources
Project delivery - timeline and achievement management, partner relationship management;
Experience in delivering MDM strategy assessments & implementation roadmap
Experience in crafting operating model for MDM
Understanding of standards and processes in ERP such as SAP
Develop point of views, thought leadership content to establish Genpact as a leader in MDM
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors degree required / Masters or MBA preferred
Past experience of executed large scale, high-impacts MDM consulting projects or solutions.
Good communication and presentation skills with consulting and pre-sales experience
Preferred qualifications
Familiarity in lean management and six sigma methodology desired but not required
Creative thinking / innovative mind set
Understanding of business issues across multiple sectors
