We are inviting applications for the role of SM, Risk and Compliance
You are responsible to Lead Risk and Compliance Program Implementation in conjunction with Operations and other Functional Leads. You will be required to provide risk and compliance training, coordinate awareness initiatives on risk and compliance issues, policies and procedures along with compliance audits
Responsibilities:
Operational risk compliance Process Controls, risk assessments, report out and management
Contractual compliance Ensuring MSA adherence
Information Security and Data Privacy Risk assessment
Set Governance rigor - Regular status update and review with Genpact leadership
Facilitating and leading Internal & External audits
Should be responsible to front end the discussions relating to compliance and regulatory issues
Lead team of Risk & Compliance managers to achieve Risk activities agreed for vertical
Project management skills and presentation skills - Excel, Power point
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications:
Risk and Compliance experience in F&A operations
Good LDT Teammate
Compliance Attitude - Demonstrates initiative and willingness to challenge the status quo
Excellent time management, Driving Project execution, Ability to multitask and drive several initiatives in parallel
Excellent relationship leadership skills - ability to work with cross functional and cross regional teams
Excellent communication verbal and written
Excellent negotiation skills with an analytical and innovative mind
Preferred Qualifications
Chartered Accountant would be preferred but person with relevant experience in core Risk & Compliance or F&A Ops experience in outsourced business will also work
MBA (MBA-Finance preferred)
