Years of Experience : 1-2 years of experience preferred.
Salary : 2 to 4 LPA
Qualification : Graduation / Post Graduation / B.Tech /M.Tech.
Job Description:
Directly and independently engage with both national & global
clients for business generation and post sales support.
Excellent ability to understand technical processes and have
technical discussions with clients based on inputs from technical
team.
Act as a facilitator between client and back end technical teams
for all customer requirement.
Ability to multitask including management of front office, back
end operations, data management and mining etc.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to be part of a team.
Ability to manage confidentiality of client and technical
processess.
Good command on computers including MS Office and having
good communication skills ability to independently draft and
revert on client communications.
