* Details of position Location of Position : Bangalore (Pritech Park) Band requirement : 4B / 4C Experience : 6-8 years Job Description: Should have good presentation and interpersonal skills Good written and verbal communication skills Know-how of using technology and digital training aids Ready to learn and self-motivated Go getter and proactive attitude Key responsibilities (Learning & Development):
  • Plan and assist in preparation of Training calendar
  • Assist in identification of Training needs
  • Coordinate with employees and meet location specific training requests
  • Coordination of training programs, i.e. releasing invites, attendance, feedback etc.
  • Manage e-learning training available within the organization
  • Monitor and evaluate training activities and effectiveness
  • Maintain relationship with external training partners
  • Manage execution of training interventions for the identified training needs
  • Preparation of Dashboards, reports and MIS
  • Building effective partnership with business units in specific collaboration on various initiatives
  • Ability to work both as individual and part of high performing deadline driven environment
Key responsibilities (HRBP):
  • Stakeholder Management & Client Engagement.
  • Employee motivation, productivity and retention.
  • Build global capabilities and cost management.
  • Constantly invest to create a differentiated workforce in the relevant business domain.
  • Responsible for complete HR support to the vertical across geography, delivery centers, horizontals.
  • Manage Service Line Delivery Leaders and Large Account Delivery Leaders across the globe
  • Succession planning.
  • Analytics and reporting for the vertical and populating various reports and dashboards.
  • Drive Retention Management analytics for all the businesses and verticals in the CMITS.
