We are hiring for AM-Quality role.

Work location - Gurgaon Udyog vihar phase 5.

Walkin Drive-8th Monday 2021

Date Time-10 AM-2 PM

Worked as Lead /AM Quality

Have experience for inbound or customer service process

Candidate who can join immediately are preferred

Required skill set :

1-Team Management

2-Audit team calls

2-Call Calibration

3-Coaching, feedback sharing (Face to face/Emails)

3-Managing team SLA's and KPI's

4-Preparing quality reports
