Responsible for maintaining proper records of quality test, procedures ( SOP) and standards.

Testing of various gas on Gas Chromatography/hplc/gc

Analysis of multicomponent gas calibration mixtures and pure gases on well coulometer and moisture meter

Preparation of Certification of Analysis as per the standard formats

Maintaining proper records as per the ISO-9001 guidelines

Job Description for production chemist

Taking care of all Manufacturing and Packing Activity of Assigned Area.

Responsible for keeping area clean.

Make dpr entry in Tally System.

Following Mfr and Sop for all Production Activity.

Excellent Planning Skills and Execution of the same.

Proactive and Problem Sloving in nature.

Managing/Handling man power.

Training Manufacturing Supervisor and Packing Supervisor.

Communiaction Skills for Coordinating between Departments.
Raw Material and Packing Material Planning as per Requirement
