We are searching Marketing officer for Specialty Nutrients product based company.
job summary
Results-driven marketing Officer to be responsible for sales of Specialty Nutrient (SN) products. The candidate should have a good understanding of crop nutrition and SN products. He should have worked in the role of sales/marketing of SN products for 2+ years.
Job responsibilities
- Translate an organizations business strategy into individual business to achieve the business plan. Planning and achievement to be done for budgets of sale and activities.
- Define action plan to achieve desired sales and promotional activities
- Establish relationships with dealer channel and manage them efficiently
- Ensure timely credit recovery from dealer channel
- Execution of planned promotional activities to achieve the desired sales budget
- Manage the team under him to execute the budget of promotional activities
Job Qualifications and Experience
- B.Sc. in Agriculture/Horticulture is mandatory
- MBA in Agribusiness is preferred
- Must have an experience of 2+ years in the sales & marketing of SN products
- Additional experience in agri-input sales/marketing is preferred
- Must have served in a similar role for at least 1 year
JobSkills
- Good knowledge and understanding of agronomy of common crops in India
- Proficient computer operation skills including use of MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Comfortable with extended travel
- Excellent team management and mobilization
- Good communication skills and commercial acumen
