KRA:

1. Responsibilities and Duties
2. Communicating key details on the product (application) and procedure of applying for loan,
documents related issues, etc.
3. Communicating key parameters like details of interest rate and processing fee charges, due
date, repayment amount, penalty amounts, mode of repayment, etc to the loan customers.
4. Detailing related to new loan offers and new loan processes needs to be given to the
customers.
5. Detailing transaction related details like available payment modes, how to make payments
through these modes.
6. Resolving customer queries related to KYC documents, loan disbursal procedure,loan
repayments, etc.
