Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee PTP - Product Lifecycle Management
Professionals with MDM /Accounting / Transactional processing / ERP experience to manually enrich the product code from legacy system to the new system accurately, respond to queries on timely basis and advance exceptions on priority. Candidate should possess good analytical skills, attention to details, interpersonal skills and interest to explore opportunities in Product Lifecycle Management process.
This role also requires candidates with Team handling, Reporting, Presentations Skills, plus good interpersonal skills to develop good rapport with customer. Candidate should be fast enough in understating the client requirement, process specification and cascade the same to the team members optimally, to ensure smooth project results.
Responsibilities:
Include owning the team along with performing the processes which are assigned to subordinates.
Primary data keying from source to target of Group 2 and Group 3 data following work instructions and Migration Design Specification ( MDS ) details.
Will not deviate from Work Instructions ( WI ), consolidate any cleansing gaps per record and submit back to Local Data Champion.
Will supervise for responses to confirm cleansing has been completed and update remainder of the enriched record.
Will be used to enrich Group 4 data once Group 2 and Group 3 are complete and time allows.
Will extract all legacy attachments from Technical Document System ( TDS ) and build the full-form PDF extract from TDS for attachment to the relevant Optiva record.
Qualification we seek in you
Minimum Qualification
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or any related degree
Meaningful work experience
Proven English language skills (verbal and written)
Preferred Skill Set
Prior data management experience
Good at Project Management
Good Communication skills
