Inviting applications for the role of a Process Developer, Blue Prism L1 Support

Blue Prism certification mandatory. Experience in developing/monitoring automations on Blue Prism (RPA) platform (minimum experience on Blue Prism or similar tool).

Responsibilities

  • Monitor BP Control Room in production
  • Roster based shifts (maximum 10 night shifts per month)
  • Monitor Control room and detect errors
  • Triage based on SOP and resolve if the solution is documented
  • Create a ticket to the appropriate team
  • Send outage communication to stakeholder
  • Identify performance issues and report to RPA technical Team or IT team
  • Manage access and update passwords
  • Communicate to stakeholders about any changes in the environment, infra, etc.

Skillset

  • Monitoring or development experience in Blue Prism / RPA platform
  • ITIL / Product Support Knowledge preferred
