Job Description

• Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand clients/customers requirement.
• Cold calling and market research to locate the potential customers.
• Developing and implementing long term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Generate leads and identify potential customers/industry to target.
• Make calls every day and fix meetings.
• Provide regular feedback to senior management about the activity happening.
• Organize and conduct research activities.
• Evaluate the consumers needs and expectation and introduce new products/service.
• Develop marketing and promotion campaigns.

QUALITATIVE

• Achieving sales targets
  Activate & Penetrate branches for Insurance Sales
  Arranging training programs for bank staff on products and selling skills
  Increasing productivity of bank branch
