Reports to- Branch Manager
Age- up to 40 Years
Qualification: Graduate
Job Description:
- Recruit / Train advisors.
- Should have minimum 6 Months of experience.
- Act as a mentor, coach for the team to drive Business/Sales Targets.
- Focusing on Advisors
- Focus on Customer retention.
- Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants and advisors by up selling & cross selling of product mix.
- Branch development through recruitment and social networking skills.
Personal Attributes & Competencies:
- Strong leadership qualities & ability to mentor team of advisors.
- Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills.
- Should be well conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills
