Roles and Responsibilities

The primary job roles and responsibilities of a customer support representative include: A professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof. Maintaining records of transactions and interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

A candidate must have Excellent Communication Skills.

Must be flexible with Rotational Shifts.

Should have 6 months of Experience or relevent.

Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
