We at Kotak Mahindra Bank are looking for dynamic sales professionals for the position of Assistant Acquisition Manager- CASA- Sales for the entire New Delhi locations.

Designation: Assistant Acquisition Manager- CASA Sales

CTC to be Offered: Upto 3 LPA + Monthly Based Performance Incentives

Grade to be Offered: Assistant Manager ( On the payroll of Kotak Mahindra Bank )

Job profile :

To source customers for Current Account & Saving Account.
Customers to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, corporates.
Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Cost Efficiency Through Process
Hardcore sales mentality. Primary motivation from the achievement of targets. A hunter by orientation.
Should be well-groomed and presentable with ambassadorship qualities
Maximum Age Limit - 27 yrs.

Qualification required: Minimum Graduate with appropriate experience in direct field sales

Note - Candidate Must have Minimum of 6 months of experience in Open field sales.
