Job Description

.

  • Initiates conversations naturally and reacts appropriately to guest cues
  • Seeks to rectify guest issues by doing whatever it takes (within reason) to resolve the problem and improve the guest experience
  • Shows a high level of enthusiasm and is comfortable talking to guests in all situations
  • Demonstrates poise while engaging with guests or handling concerns, shows strong initiative and can troubleshoot effectively
  • Looks for opportunities to connect with guests throughout the restaurant to create a warm and welcoming dining experience
  • Informed about product range, nutritional values, and key aspects of company culture, and can capably answer guests service or food-related questions
  • Role models hospitality behaviour and coaches/encourages another crew to help create the ideal guest experience

Interaction: Will be only be restricted with the guests, especially kids that visit the restaurants

Stakeholder Interaction (Internal): Will be closely working with the Restaurant Manager in non-peak hours and day to day interaction with the EOTF Lead.


Required Candidate profile

Looking at Diversity (Female) candidates only

  • Built-in passion for serving people and dedicated in enhancing the guest experience
  • Flawless communication and presentability
  • Someone who has guest relations or air hostess experience
  • Someone preferable from the hospitality sector (graduates, IHMs, Hotel and Aviation)

This will be 6 days working

Graduate from IHM or Air-Hostess academy will be preferred or someone with Guest Relations experience

Years of Experience: 1-2year experience in the Hospitality sector
