Roles and Responsibilities
1. Managing the General administration, Facility management, Housekeeping activities, Security, Space management, Couriers, Interiors, existing Infrastructure refurbishment project, Stationery, compliance, Stores and Accounting, Contract management and Vendor Management, Assets management, Events, Account Payables & Receivables.
2. Handling the entire General/ Indirect purchase.
3. Scrutinizing and ensuring timely payment of all office administration bills like water, lease rentals, telephone and annual maintenance contract of equipment etc.
4. Handling purchase, rental, maintenance & insurance of the office vehicles.
5. Monitoring safety and security services of the office and employees on top priority ensuring safety norms and EHS.
6. Extending back up support to all HRD initiatives like training, performance appraisal, induction etc.
7. Managing Logistics & Control Access management.
8. Arranging for safe & accurate delivery of official couriers & postage.
9. Maintain control of tracking printing & stationery usage to all offices.
10. Making MIS for all admin expenses & Furnishing reports and records to top management for expediting their decision - making procedure.
10. Supervising & maintaining records of the contractual staff.
11. Responsible for all time-office keeping, procedures, and all other related time office procedures.
12. Creating effective procedures for the preparation and implementation of programs within the area of safety, health and the environment.
