Experience: between 3 to 4 yrs

Role Summary:
The Executive Assistant (Business Development) to the MD is responsible for providing comprehensive support in areas of business development to the MD and working extensively with the MD and other teams of the organization. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Planning and execution of business development related initiatives directly with MD.
Ownership of sales processes which includes lead generation to closure of deals directly led from MDs office.
Managing the schedule of MD and to keep him well informed for upcoming commitments and responsibilities related to business development initiatives, following up appropriately.
Ownership of all business development related meetings of MD with other prospects which include fixing up the meeting to sharing the MOM and follow-up for open action items.
Developing close relationships with contacts of MD by ensuring constant communication like but not limited to wishing on important days etc.
Responsibility for on-time, precise and smooth communication with all the stakeholders.
Intellectual assistance to MD on areas of content development, study requirements, writing and publishing research papers etc.
Working closely with MD for managing internal and external projects which is led from his office.
Creating, managing, and updating huge amount of client related data.
Working closely with Digital Marketing Team and developing marketing initiatives based on the data.
Create various MIS reports and presentation in area of marketing and BD for MD as and when required by him.

Good communication and presentation skills to talk with clients or people on behalf of MD.
Open to learn new ways and techniques to manage your work and MD work.
Ability to show agility in work and dealing with people and update MD about the same.
Able to do data management.
Flexibility with respect to working hours.
Ability to absorb intense communication.
Ability to adapt quickly to the changes and have openness to new experiences.
