Job Responsibilities:
Should be from Pharma background, experienced in Antibiotics segment.
Creates and delivers sales training curriculum/training manual to the field force focused on increasing product knowledge and selling skills, resulting in sales force effectiveness.
To do Field Joint Work with Field force of all designations. Accountable for initiating required field training interventions based on the observations and recommendations.
Conducting the initial training program (ITPs) for new hires and support the 90 day new hire learning journey (NHLJ).
Conduct refresher training programs for the tenured field force based on proficiency levels & business needs.
Analyses and assesses training effectiveness and provides feedback on a monthly basis to their respective reporting heads on revisions, enhancements etc.
Review and assist with developing and updating training modules, field training curriculum, training assessments and role-play scenarios.
Follows up with field managers to ensure adherence to doctor calls as per norms.
Leads the regional communication for the NSM by sharing best practices, success stories via monthly newsletters for team engagement.
Calibration sessions with field force to improve the quality of coaching and adherence to coaching on a monthly basis.
Give Scientific Training.
Preparing Leave Behind literatures in coordination with marketing team.
In coordination with marketing team, ensuring campaign training, implementation, monitoring & success.
