Job Description

Utilizes market data to lead the jewellery product portfolio including brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, programs, and consumer messaging

Understands the end consumer and market opportunities by analysing consumer insights and evaluating existing product performance

Directs and oversees the marketing function to identify and develop new customers for diamond jewelry

Organizes and implements client development plan including client satisfaction surveys, clientspecific marketing programs etc.

Participates in customer-facing events as a product expert and as a way to find opportunities to optimize the experience

Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
