Grad with Min 1 year Relevant experience (Calling/Customer service Exp) mandate. Flexible to work in any shift between 9 am to 9 pm. 5.5 days working. The candidate should be ok with Rotational Offs. Ok with traveling on their own and should be ok even if Sunday is not a fixed Off / Week off.
Good Communication Skills interpersonal skills and can handle stress well.
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills

Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
