Job Description
Monitoring, ordering of spare parts based on inventory analysis.Capturing demand of parts accurately and proactive stocking for new product.
Data analysis through Dealer World (DMS) to categorize A-B-C items and ordering based on lead time.
Should target to rotate parts inventory at least 5 times a year.
Follow up with Dealer for smooth execution and to avoid stock out situation.
Ensuring availability of way bill (if applicable) and payment with Dealer all the time.
Planning, monitoring and binning of spares at appropriate predefined location and storing as per the SOPs.
Ensure hygiene of store and spare parts counter.
Ensuring requisition for all part lines are updated in DW. Use of MIS reports for analysis.
Analyzing VOR & initiate preventive action to reduce trend.
Analyzing First Fill Rate (FFR) and to initiate action for improving FFR trend.
Ensuring obsolete / dead stock disposal at a periodic interval through proper campaigns / deal.
Ensure proper storage of VOR spares, field campaign spares and liquidate the stock in pre-assigned vehicle.
Ensuring timely updation of parts catalogue, filing of parts bulletin, price list etc.
Liaise with manufacturers for clearing parts related claims.
Liaise with allied business associates.
Organize physical checking of inventory / stock at least once in a year. Ensure least deviation with stock in system.
Plan for preparing service Kit for QWIK / Schedule Service to speed up parts issue process.
