Job Description

Position Title: BD & Team Manager
Reports to: Director
Collaborates with: Delhi Team of Recruiters
Key Areas of Responsibility
Deliver Targets related to BD and Sourcing as per the organisation discretion
Drive Recruiters performance
Client Acquisition and Account & team Management
Get Business from old clients also
Generate Revenue as per mutual agreement
This role will involve in getting new clients on board from various domain especially Retail & E-commerce, Finance, FMCG, OIL Gas & Power, Automobile, EPC, Infrastructure, manufacturing, , Advertisement , Media & Entertainment , Health and Hospitality domain etc.
Ideal candidate should have minimum work experience of 2 6 Years in Manpower Placement Consultancy, having exposure in new clients acquisition & manage those accounts
Identify potential clients across Country
Arrange introductory meetings with top management & HR Heads
Prepare, modify and present proposals and follow up to win new projects.
Comfortable with travelling part for client meeting.
Comfortable to work as Individual contributor ( IC role) and later build his/her own team Should be comfortable to bring atleast 3-5 good clients every month worth INR 7-10 lac business monthly (for next 6 months then on need basis as you need to manage these accounts too)
Responsible to manage recruiters and get things done through them
Also responsible to hire recruiters and present deserving one to management for final selection
10 to 20% role also include to source candidates for Sr. Level opening will be discussed
Other duties as and when assigned by management
Competencies
Be fluent in Communication
Strong Convincing & Presentation skills
Excellent field subject knowledge
Language skills: Hindi and English
Proficient with MS Office Suite especially MS Word, MS Excel and PPT
Self-motivated, high levels of initiative, willingness to learn and execute various tasks to meet tight deadlines
Background requirement
Masters in any discipline
Must be from the same Industry
2 -6 years of previous experience of BD in the required domain
Working days/Timings (once we Resume from office)
Monday to Friday-9:30 AM to 6 PM
Saturday-10 AM to 2 PM
Now-Mon to saturday 9.30 am to 6 PM-work from home
