Job Description

Managing relationships with the service providing vendors and clients
Onboarding various service provider partners and finalising associations with them
Assigning task to existing partner vendors and taking confirmation
Updating and maintaining logs and spreadsheets for incoming and expected work
Coordinating and following-up with the clients and vendors for complete follow up
Reconciling payments to vendor partners and receipts from clients
Performing general office administrative and clerical duties
Focussing on getting the quality work done from the partner vendors in prescribed deadlines
Solving vendors issues and problems
Achieving the clients satisfaction by meeting their requirements
