Job Description

Hands-on experience with core PHP
Coding and implementation using best practices to produce high performing/scalable/secured modules
Proactively analyze, design, simplify, code, debug and unit test software, including features, defects, and refactoring
Provide estimates, review existing delivery dates and work requirements with current knowledge set, analyze possible alternatives and communicate options and their affects, both technical and upon delivery date
Participate in code reviews
Generate technical documentation that meets organisational standards
Experience in creating front and back-end applications
Other activities deemed essential to the success of a project/customer delivery
Requirements
Key Skills:
Solid understanding of PHP fundamentals
Open to and ability to quickly grasp any new technologies
Good knowledge of OOPS concepts
Must be proficient in Core PHP, MySQL, Solr/Algolia/Elastic Search, Laravel, Memcached, HTML, CSS.
Solid experience with tools like GIT/JIRA.
Understanding of advanced PHP techniques, designing solutions to complex problems
Ability to find solutions in a short timeframe with the highest degree of reuse and quality.
Experience driving the growth of technical skills within the team & Excellent problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
