To prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control and risk identification.
To prepare and submit MIS Reports-Daily Progress Report, costing reports, operational reports, budget cash flows, billing reports etc. pertaining to project. Risk management.
Customer Oriented
To collaborate with the Architect, Consultants and Project Team Members to ensure timely completion of each project along with quality & allotted budget.
To evaluate commercial bids, negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
People Oriented
To Oversee working of all engineering personnel and inspect all materials and assist to resolve all construction process and recommend improvement to all construction activities and ensure compliance to specifications and construction schedule and prepare all progress reports.
Internal Business Process
To manage multiple projects across residential / Interiors.
To prepare of estimates for works & arranging contractor / labour for execution of the same.
To raise Purchase requisition, arranging materials for smooth functioning of project. .
To lead project delivery resources for project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
To review specifications and Implement Approved Designs at Site / Project Level.
To identify & manage project dependencies & critical path & devise contingency plans.
To ensure 100% adherence to safety standards & compliance with safety policies at the site.
To conduct post project analysis.
To carry out the on-site execution as per the standard technical norms or as defined by the codes of practice.
To liaison works related to building plan approval - other departments for various clearances, day to day with govt. agencies.
To handle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a project.
