Job Description

1.Excellent Written and verbal communication & Dynamic and engaging written communication style Ability to use written and verbal skills to establish rapport. Ability to use questioning skills to easily explore customer needs and concerns. Must have the ability to communicate online in a conversational manner that promotes dialogue and establishes rapport. Must avoid poor grammar, misstatements or lengthy explanation. Proven ability to communicate articulately and credibly.
2. Ability to achieve excellence in daily deliverables.
3. Ability to investigate and analyze issues raised to provide a resolution.
4. Technology comfort and should be tech savvy. Must maintain a high level of familiarity with the issues like - Internet issues, Connecting Wifi, Equipment Setup, Remote Control Issues, Registering/Creating online profile, Call Blocking, Setting up Email, Email Access issues, Voicemail Setup.
5. Ability to follow a logical, analytical approach to business conversations and sales processes
