Job Description
The JobYou will be responsible for :
- Understanding the ORM process in order to achieve operational efficiency.
- Having a solid grip of social media channels our business and users exist on.
- Monitoring feedback, complaints and suggestions on all the social media channels.
- Ensuring timely responses on these comments.
- Closely tracking popular sites and platforms to manage ratings and reviews.
- Creating regular ORM reports to be reviewed by seniors and for necessary action points, if any.
The Profile
You have at least 3 years experience in Social Media Marketing / handling social media channels related roles where you have had exposure to how businesses having high user interactions on social media channels and knowledge of how those processes work. In this role you will be creating, managing and developing Online Reputation in terms of reviews and ratings for the brand. Proficiency in MS Office tools and other basic computer skills are required. You have solid understanding of various social media platforms and businesses / products reviews & ratings system. Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with customer empathy is required to perform in this role. You can think logically and reason out critical situations in order to mitigate issues with minimal damage. You are pro-active and a solid team player who can collaborate with internal teams and external parties as and when required.
