Roles and Responsibilities
Front office personnel and ensures proper completion of all front office or reception duties. Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas.
Greet & directing the guests/ customers, handling EPBAX telephone operations, handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence and update, calling to customers for products or candidates, maintaining & checking of attendance of the employees, monitoring & maintaining the registers, handling & allocating inwards & outwards couriers, administration activities, housekeeping, coordination with departments/ staff and vendors, arrangement for cabs, tickets, follow up for timely payments of all bills and payments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in front desk.
Smart Experience in handling front office, administration, basic HR requirements and general administrative tasks
SALARY 15K-25K+MEAL+CAB
