System Administrator role with NKT @ Quest

Responsibilities:
Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes in close coordination with global IT Team.
Install, configure, monitor and maintain servers and networks.
Sustaining network integrity, server deployment and security.
Ensure security through access controls, backups, fire walls and recovery.
Troubleshoot issues and outages
Performing System upgrades following new releases
Setting up new users, access rights, permissions and identity management
Install and configure software and hardware
Perform asset (PCs, Laptops, Work Stations and Telephones) allocation, tracking and maintenance
Implement Global Frame Agreements for Local IT infrastructure Purchases
Keep abreast of new products, service protocols and standards in support of systems software and development
Train users on new technologies
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science / Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
Experience leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies with an experience between 05-10 years
Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
Professional certifications like Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) will be advantageous
Strong critical thinking, decision-making skills and problem-solving aptitude
Excellent communication skills
