Ensure compliance of org's cable system with internal requirements, international standards and Client requirements
Maintain alignment between technical proposal and tender strategy
Take ownership of assigned technical scope
Follow established Engineering processes
Follow established Engineering design premises

On-time and on-quality delivery of assigned scope
Adherence to the Engineering processes
Analyze tender requirements and perform cable system design work
Analyze Lead Engineers assignment requirements
Perform thermal/electrical/mechanical calculations
Assess qualification needs and propose qualification plans
Interface with relevant depts. in the organization
Present technical proposal to Clients
Compile relevant documentation
Adherence to the Engineering processes
Analyze tender requirements and perform cable system design work
Analyze Lead Engineers assignment requirements
Perform thermal/electrical/mechanical calculations

Education:
B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/M.S in Electrical Engineering or equivalent branch of study.
Experience:
2-3 years experience with cable system design
2-3 years experience with thermal/electrical calculations
2-3 years experience in compiling tender documentation
2-3 years of working experience in remote teams
2-3 years experience with thermal/electrical calculations
