Obtain information from the Best Practice Library, Management System and relevant departments to complete the questionnaire. If necessary, develop actions to close identified gaps.
Use templates and instructions from the IMS system
Review the customer contract and other relevant specifications in order to identify project specific HSE requirements.
Ensure that the organization becomes aware of project requirements that are not met by our standard way of working.
Ensure appropriate action on the gap
Use HSE lessons learned from similar tenders/projects in order to learn from our previous experience.
Look into both documented lessons learned and talk to people who has worked with relevant tenders / projects.
Create an action plan based on the review of the contract and Customer specifica-tions to list activities to be completed prior to tender submission

Evaluate and determine the HSE organization based on the project complexity. Such as Project HSE Manager Installation, Project HSE Manager Manufacturing, QHSE Advisors, external consultants

Create a calculation for the project. Include costs for internal and external personnel, travelling costs etc

Align with the potential consortium partner with respect to managing project HSE scope including responsibilities and division of work.

Assess the need to require external competencies to fulfil contractual requirements such as environmental consultants.

Assist the Tender Responsible in creating the audit agenda and coordinating the participants.
Align audit agenda internally/externally
Based on the audit agenda, secure that the needed resources and knowledge are available, prepared and invited to the audit
Review the findings in the received audit report. Create an action plan. Coordinate with relevant departments to address the findings.
Follow-up that actions have been taken address the findings.
Create a project specific HSE plan. In some tenders, it is only required to issue and example of a HSE plan.

Secure that the produced tender documentation has been reviewed and approved according to internal instructions prior to tender submission.

3-8 years in HSE experience from Installation projects
Personal competences:

Ability to understand complex contracts and to create HSE documents in a professional way. Understanding of the HSE scope and requirements (onshore and offshore) and a good understanding of way of working and best practices.
