Job Description

Controlling & recording the inward, outward & stocked materials.
PR Releasing after checking available stock, excess / idle stock of all sites.
Follow up of material with Supplier & Purchase Dept after PO raise against Indent in system.
Co-ordination with Construction dept. team to utilization of non-moving, slow-moving & shelf-life
expiring related material by sending Material Ageing reports, Shelf-life Expiry material reports also
to reduce inventory.
Preparing weekly & monthly MIS reports related to materials .

Handling all material Invoices /Billing & Invoice verification against purchase order & Delivery
challan and forward the same to Accounts after making entry in SAP for further payment process.
