As the Team Leader, Resident Support, you will be responsible for:
managing a team of Resident Support Officers within your designated hotel, ensuring the team is working cohesively to manage day-to-day operations in a safe and consistent manner
staff rostering, supervision and operational support, as well as providing performance and development to direct reports
using your positive influencing skills to ensure that physical distancing measures and good hygiene practises are being adhered to at all times
communicating effectively with key stakeholders throughout the accommodation site, including residents/guests and returned travellers, accommodation staff, community members, and colleagues
