Job Description

Position: Sr. Technical Recruiter//Technical Recruiter
Location: Noida Sector 4 near to sector 16 Metro.
Shift Timing: EST Shift
The ideal candidate must have
At least (0.6 -4) year of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US Staffing
Sound knowledge of IT concepts and latest trends
Should have good experience working with Direct clients most of the time, if not all the time.
Looking for recruiters who worked mostly on W2 (Green card and Citizens)
Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.)
Need target oriented candidates with a history of achieving targets
Very strong people skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills
Should have a stable employment history.
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
