Job Description
Corporate Salary Management Identify corporate salary business growth opportunities in the region/location assigned through scoping with AMs / BMs Support AMs with joint calls to potential salary relationships targeted / acquired by them and help garner higher wallet share Scoping with AMs to identify senior management officials at each corporate and have a joint calling plan with CHs / BMs to ensure NTB premier acquisition of senior management accounts Review and track Business generated from new deals Account opening and salary credit to start within 2 months of company code generation Business commitments to be met within 6 months of company code generation Ensure all business parameters of the corporate such as CNR, SLC%, average salary, average ticket etc. are being adequately met Drive ENet penetration at the time of new corporate sign-up Team Management Drive and manage the AMs reporting to him/her to acquire new salary account relationships that meet the product thresholds for the respective locations Enable successful relationship management of these corporates Drive and support AMs to source maximum accounts from new corporate Review non performing AMs and put in place an action plan to improve performance Review performance of DSOs not meeting productivity consistently jointly with AM and put in place an action plan for improvement Increase in market share Joint working with CBG / ECG / FIG / Other business groups to ensure conversion of identified set of companies not banking with us for salary Ensure achievement of business targets across liability and cross sell add on products Customer Service Customer Services: Ensure quality customer service is delivered to all corporates and SME tied up with the Bank. Ensure all customer queries and complaints to be resolved as per TAT Ensure the customer is informed about any regulatory or process change. Keep the customer updated on program features. Complaint Management: To ensure all queries and complaints are resolved within the bank specified TAT.
