Job Description


Ensuring all Branches are 100% YTD in NR Account Numbers, NR NAV, CIB and TD. To provide various MIS to the branches and help them to achieve their set plan for the year Nr Nos / NAV Value / CIB Achievement and TD value YTD 100% Participating in the regular meetings with Zonal Head/ Circle/ Cluster head for roll-out and implementation of the strategy Min - 2 Meetings per month Exploring and creating new avenues to generate additional business by regularly meeting new corporates / shipping companies and manpower consultancies Min 2 Corporates / Manpower agencies or consultancy visits per month Regularly connecting with non managed customers via calls or mails for getting the TDs and in regular discussion with the branches for branch managed base Daily mails/calls to 10 non managed customers, for TD and funds Driving bottom quartile branches through Branch NR-Champs, Branch Heads, Circle/ Cluster Heads & HNW channel so that they are able to achieve their targets. No of Branches meeting target - 100% Do regular scoping and updating the same of potential NR areas around branch/branches/cluster so that the bank/branch achieves the maximum market share in NR in the region. Keeping a watch at the regional level on competitor's NR business strategies with regard to marketing and product level enhancements and share the same with central product team Branch Visits and Scoping - 20 per month Following up with CPU/ RDVUs for the account opening and hold clearance and make regular to visits RDVUs and CPUs on regular interval Reduction in NR FTNR below 10% Regularly connecting with non managed customers via calls or mails for getting the activation of existing zero balance and depleted accounts. Activation of Accounts 80% Daily mails/calls to 20 non managed /branch managed accounts in zero balance NR-RPM in consultation with Cluster/Circle and Zonal Heads prepare a calendar of events which will be vetted and approved by NR-Product team and will be responsible to ensure all the Marketing and Event Strategies as defined by NR-Product and NR-Sales Team is implemented effectively in the region Activities per month - 8 per month Self sourced accounts from the leads and references received via corporate / consultancy calls and from non managed /branch base Min 8 to 12 accounts per month (LG) Ensuring RPMs non managed base complied with the require compliance and the regulatory norms and regulations like reKYC / Pan Updation / FATCA etc Ensuring overall RPMs non managed base must be min 70% and above complied with all regulatory requirementsSkillsSales and Influencing SkillsBanking Product & Process KnowledgeNRI Product and Regulatory KnowledgePlanning and Organizing SkillsCommunicationKnowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.
