Job Role
Ensuring adherence to collection processes in the area, i.e., system allocation, tracking, monitoring delayed cash deposition; identifying and reporting fraudulent practices
Responsible for tracking & controlling the delinquency of the area, Bucket-wise & DPD wise and focus on non-starters.
Responsible to review account allocations and collections targets by bucket to our In-house team.
Required to do regular follow up with the default customers through a dedicated team.
Ensure adequate capacity to manage past due accounts and enhance recoveries based on business plans.
Field Visit & Team Motivation - Market Visit to understand challenges on field taking corrective action/providing required support to ensure high sprit on field & be approachable
Collection Analysis and keeping track on DRR Vs Daily Movement
Skills
Any Graduate/PG with 6 - 8 years of experience in Banking/NBFC
Specialized Knowledge of Home loans Collection is mandatory.
Should have handled large volume collections and team.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of collections strategies for effective number management.
