Job Description

* To handle day to day business transactions
* Customer queries and provide effective resolution
* Ensure quality of business through proper process adherence
* Increase the Branch business through business development/field activities
* Consistently cross-sells and up-sells
* Promotes multiple products and services.
* Sourcing of Secured Loans or Unsecured Loans.
* Conduct customer verification at business /residence premises as part of credit appraisal.
* Collect payments on past due bills/ loan.
* Create & manage a list of customers who have not made payments & organize list according to
severity of delinquency.
* Locate customers using credit bureau information, background checks, loan documents, and
other paperwork or databases.
Skills Required:-

Basic Computer Knowledge
MS Office
Selling Skills
Note:- We are hiring for Trainee position. This job is only for Freshers(2019/2020) Graduates.
Applicants should be with Nil work experience.
