Job Description
1. Minimum 7 8 years of experience primarily in Workday as a Test Lead Test Analyst
2. Strong experience in testing of Workday HCM implementation including Benefits, Onboarding, Payroll, Compensation Management, Absence and Time Off, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning, Talent Management, migration of PeopleSoft HRMS
3. Experience in ETL testing to validate data conversion from PeopleSoft to Workday
4. Experience in testing integrations inbound outbound of Workday
5. Demonstrable Workday Functional Testing experience in projects specific to integrations with external interfaces like ADP, Fidelity, etc.
6. Must have experience working with a global delivery team onshore, off shore and or near shore resources , coordinating testing efforts and ensuring project delivery dates are met on time
7. Excellent customer interface skills and the ability to effectively communicate with end users as well as off shore and on shore team members
8. Interact with Project Team, Business Stakeholders to get a strong understanding about the project functionalities
9. Should be able to create effective test cases that cover all positive and negative testing
10. Should have working experience in testing Cloud and SaaS solutions
11. Should have experience in web services API testing such as SOAP RestAPI
12. Responsible for Test plan creation and Test case design based on functional specification and analyzing the requirements
13. Work closely with Functional workstream leads in developing test scenarios for each stage of testing collaborates with leads and establish an inventory of scenarios that have cross functional and downstream impacts
14. Experience in creating and updating defects status in JIRA and experience with Workday smart sheets
15. Experience in driving E2E testing with business partners and 3rd party vendors
16. Work with automation and performance testing resources to help in building the regression test suite by proving enough guidance on Workday functional flows
