Very strong on core concepts like core java, data structures, algorithm and problem solving skills.
Logically strong to decode and solve complex problems.
Should have good exposure on client communication
Should have expertise in grasping the project and make the team deliver as per expectation- by imparting technical knowledge as well as my motivating them
