Job Description
2-5 years of experience in using QuickBooks/HR Payroll/Accounts, Tax
Timesheet Management, Collecting Timesheets from consultants
Follow up with clients for payments
Verifying timesheets Approved/Not Approved
Close invoices upon receipt of payments from the client and resolve if there are any issues in payments.
Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
Prepare and submit final invoices to the client
Responds to employees queries as related to payroll
Responsible for bookkeeping functions including AP, AR, Payroll
Responsible for entering supplier/Customer payments in QuickBooks and preparing excel Summary sheet for each customer
Ability to work at a moderate to high pace while ensuring thoroughness and accuracy of work.
Ability to recognize and process confidential and sensitive
Assist USA Accounting Team to Prepare Monthly payrolls(Fixed Salaries, Hourly Basis )
