In this role, you'll get ...
To manage remote/wfh team members working in different shift.
To define, streamline and improve SP processes and best practices (including ticketing system).
To monitor the team's performance on the alerts/tickets assigned and solutions needed.
To report weekly/monthly/quarterly KPIs/Series to the customers.
To review and optimize the alerts and notifications on customers environment so that Critical alerts are not lost.
To help team design and set ur the infrastructure with best practices.
To manage and secure customers data (Logs, backup, archive, access).
Must-have skill -
Have experience in managing more than 4-5 MSP customers.
Have hands-on experience in Network/Routers/Storage/Operating Systems (Unix/Windows).
Have hands-on experience in WAF and its management.
Have an understanding of overall alienation solution architecture.
define the SP team hierarchy and do the right hiring.
Have good communication skills (Verbal/Written).
Prepare proposals/presentations/pitch documents for acquiring a new client.
Have DevOps and deployment automation skills.
Have AWP certified solution architect associate.

Regular/scheduled meeting with the customers to clearly articulate the value MSP team is adding.
Accomplish WAR.
Evaluate and re-evaluate the customers cloud host (instance tyres, usage, reservation) every month.
